1. Return Eligibility (7 Days)

In accordance with applicable consumer protection guidelines, customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in pristine condition 
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including invoice and tags 
  • Any certificate of authenticity (if provided) must be included 
  • The product should not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration 

2. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene, authenticity, and quality standards, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery 
  • Earrings (for hygiene and safety reasons) 
  • Products purchased under sale, clearance, or promotional offers 
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or tampered with after delivery 

3. Exchange Policy

We offer a seamless exchange experience within 7 days of delivery:

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability 
  • The original item must meet all return eligibility criteria 
  • If the replacement item has a higher value, the price difference must be paid 
  • If the value is lower, the balance will be issued as store credit 

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed with utmost care once the returned product passes our quality inspection.

  • Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

5. Return & Replacement Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

    • Reason for return/exchange 
    • Clear images or unboxing video (mandatory for damaged/incorrect items) 
  3. Upon approval (within 48 hours), you will receive further instructions for return shipment or pickup 
  4. Once received, the product will undergo a quality inspection before processing refund/exchange 

6. Return Shipping

  • Free return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect products 
  • For all other cases, return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer 

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch (whichever is earlier) 
  • Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted 

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries

In line with consumer protection norms:

  • Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery 
  • Supporting evidence (images/video) is required 
  • Upon verification, a replacement or full refund will be provided at no additional cost 

9. Compliance with Indian Consumer Protection Laws

  • Slight variations in colour or design may occur due to lighting and photography 
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on banks or payment gateways 
  • For prepaid orders, refunds will not exceed the original purchase value
